	BAFTS As a member of the 'British Association of Fair Trade Shops' we only buy from importers who have been monitored to ensure they fulfil strict fair trade criteria. There are over 60 BAFTS shops across the UK, their details are available on their website. Where possible the World shop manager will visit or invite our suppliers in order to choose the best range of products for the shop. Our product range is growing all the time with the emphasis being on quality hand crafted products which utilise traditional skills in the production of stylish and contemporary designs. BAFTS standards require that: Products are bought from established Fair Trade importers Producers receive fair prices Importers have long term commitment to producers, thus giving them greater security and the possibility of planning ahead.
		The Stock is always being added to, you are gaurenteed to find things here you cant find anywhere else in Reading, something of which we are very proud.... Masks, african drums, ethnic instruments, carvings and curio's. Original cards for all occasions, witty, poilitical, we even stock the original elephant dung greating card - made from..you guessed it! and all to support conservation in Zambia!
	Hand made furniture, of all shapes and sizes, I do mean ALL! We often stock individual pieces of handmade furniture, so it is always worth having a look if you are looking for something more striking and unique than what else is out there on the high street. And of course its all fair trade so you are supporting artisan and traditional skills in some of the world's poorer nations.
